Walked off about 10lbs in 5 days....

Wouldn't be a problem if you took one of these out there.

I had a ATV, snow wasn't the problem. Just carrying around a 30 lb pack & rifle. I didn't mind.

I don't think you'd want to ride on this anyway.

This little guy serves me well! It's a old early 90s Suzuki 250. 4wd with 3 speed ranges with 5 gears each. Super low in 1st I can pull a truck. Low center of gravity, narrow wheel base, it goes anywhere. Only downfall is ground clearance is about 8-10 inches. With these tires I've never been stuck. And if I do I have a winch. Best part I've got less than 1500 in it with 2 sets of wheels & tires.

That looks like a good mountain vehicle. If it can haul boulders it could haul your game.

KNOCK KNOCK......Tim will you be at MCACN? It is next weekend brother......

That's the plan my friend! Think I'll come Sat. Any words of advice on getting there or places to park near by? I whacked my deer Sat. so should be done hunting till December.

Was a little cold, 11 degrees and 20 mph wind. But tuffed it out all day Friday sunrise to sunset. Then got him Sat. at about 3. Good times!

Burr! That looks cold. I'm glad I can hike around when I hunt here. I would freeze if I had to sit and wait for them.
Thant looks like a good healthy deer to me. Looks like he will supply you with some good dinners also.

Not the best one to ask about the Chicago area. There is a parking garage across from the convention center and the hotels across the street have parking.

It is the Donald Stevens Convention Center....

Only option is a parking garage in that area. Most of the independent lots will hike up their rates when there’s events going on. Plan on spending $20-50 for parking.

You can use a site like spot hero to lock in a price and location on parking.

I tried the Spot Hero but it didn't seem to work. I emailed the Parking person at the Center, hopefully I'll hear back from them.

Went to the MCACN show over the weekend. It was great to see Justin's GTX. It was beyond words beautiful.
I picked up some garage art & stuff for the car while I was there.
