'69-Where does that "T" bolt go? Looks like around the ash tray(?) Reason I ask is a friend of mine has a 69 RR and we was talking last night about it and he doesn't recall seeing one. But then yet, his car has been apart for years. I have a "T" bolt if he needs one

Found a bargain at Harbor Freight yesterday 5$
I'm back on overtime but took a little time to work on the dash. Still looking for some lettering for switch panel.
I used a flasher switch for the overdrive activation.

So I dug out the old harness. This reminded me of the horror I found when disassembling the dash. You never know what's hiding out of sight.
I found the flasher connector and cut it off to use on the OD switch.
Then I kinda laid the new harness in to see how it fit. I did notice the new connectors are really tight going on so I just pushed them till they held as I'll probably be taking it back out for something.

I used a dimmer switch under the clutch pedal to activate mine and also have an arming switch so I can disarm it for racing. I’m gonna investigate the features of that electronic control box once the car is up and running.
Cut the old flasher pigtail off and removed a lead. Found some terminals that'll work for wiring it up.

I made my own out of a washer. One is for my 62 bezels, the other is for my 69.
Also, what rear tires are you running Tim?

So I got the call from Wilson Products, my restored latches are on their way! Just in time, I'm taking next week off to work on the car. Going to try and concentrate on window mechanisms, door latches, dash, & wiring. Also the good grille if I get a road block. Should be plenty to keep me busy! 
Well day one of carcation week. Took the better half to the early show (movie) mowed her yard, cleaned the maple seeds out of her gutters. Mowed her widow neighbor ladies yard. Kissed her & the dog and headed for my place. Got my yard & gutters cleaned just as the rain started. Garage time! So I walked in and unboxed my door latches I had Wilson Products of St. Louis do. Looked nice. I couldn't bear to put them back on no matter how nice I had them cleaned so sent them out. Very happy with them. Turn around was about a month, not bad.
So in a effort to clear table space I picked something off the table to complete. Bucket seat tracks. I had them apart, blasted, and painted. Just needed to reassemble them. Took me a while to remember how they went together.
