First I straightened all the cages so the balls would stay in place. The I assembled on with out grease to make sure I had it right. So on the 3rd try I got it figured out.
Today I started on doors. Got the new latches in, look great. Got them adjusted and working. I'll probably have to readjust the doors after I get all the glass in.
Next was remote mirror. This was a bit of a challenge. First the rear screw didn't fit the hole (too small). The stud for underneath had the threads buggered. The nut they supplied had bad threads. So after I got all that figured out, the sheetmetal washer had me baffled.
Tomorrow I start on wingvent frames. I brought in the door I took off of my first RR when I put fiberglass doors on. I'll be using it as a reference for putting my windows back in.
