I worked outside today but did get some parts ordered. Not going to get the windows in this week. But I should have a list of missing parts by Saturday to get ordered and on their way. Plus it's probably a good idea to do a mock assembly just to get things figured out. Thanks to Wayne, Richard, & Justin for help & advice doing this. Could do it without ya!

Got my Mega parts box today. Got the anti rattle sleeve installed.

Success! I found the missing track and got the back regulator installed. It had been kicking my arse!

So the plastic pieces that go behind the inside latches on of them had the lip broke off. So I used some 3m double sided tape to put it in place.

That should work.

I installed the clip for the rod before installing the latch. That way you can just pop the rod in and not fight trying to slide the clip on.

I couldn't figure out what these holes we're. They were the spot welds that we're drilled out.

so you can see they buggered up the track a little when drilling out the spot welds. I got the Dremel out and smoothed them back out.

I dug out my old strips for reference for length, notch, & slots

While on the topic, almost everyone recommended using the original clips. I managed to come up with 4. I then compared them.

l measured the AMD glass as I had heard it was thicker, sure enough .235 to .220 OEM.

BTW I forgot to post these two pictures that really helped with the rear quarter glass.
