I removed that from a junk wheel. Get you a piece of 1/16" rubber gasket material to make one. You will need to insulate the copper ring from the wheel hub and the turn signal cancel
Will have to be insulated from the copper ring as well. Here's a pic of a good insulator to help you understand what I'm talking about.

I think I got you now. I have had car for 35 years . I took it apart and there is no insulator.you would think someone would sell them.thanks again for your help

Yea it would be a great piece to reproduce. It gets brittle and then cracks and falls out
