The "crank" arm is different between two speed wipers and three speed wipers as are the plastic bushings. Only the two linkage arms and the pivots are the same. The wiring is all provided from the factory and there is an extra wire at the switch that is used on the three speed switch. From your pictures, it appears you need the three speed motor and crank/ bushing. Quite possibly you already have the correct crank and bushing if someone swapped in just the 2 speed motor.
