Thanks, however it’s at the stage now where it takes forever for all the bodywork. That looks awesome, coming right along.

The DP-90 primer needs to be topcoated. The bedliner seemed to be the most durable solution.Bedliner...Excellent choice! Looks great and I assume acts as a moisture block?
I go into my 8.50 cage head first with no issues even with the window net in place. I made sure the 25.3 cage has great access into the interior as well, but the net will need to be down on this one to get in. I’m 6’ and 250 and can still duck in there easily enough.Just finished reading the entire thread. Quite a journey. I have a 25.5 cage I have to climb in and out of. I see these street outlaw guys going in head first and wonder how they manage that. I'm a big guy and it's butt first and kind if a controlled fall for me, lol. You've done a heck of a job and spreading out the costs over all these years helps make it 'affordable', lol. Really enjoyed the read and am glad it is still moving forward. Hemi's are amazing engines. The head flow numbers are crazy too. You did a great job on those too. Can't wait to see this thing on all 4s.
I'm going to send you a PM too. I'd like to help you out.
My car is a Fox mustang. I'm 6'3" and am not that flexible in my advancing years. It's a 25.5 car. It all depends on where the side bars are placed I guess. I will give it a try but just don't see me fitting in head first.I go into my 8.50 cage head first with no issues even with the window net in place. I'm glad to see you're back on this build. it's amazing how invested you get in someone else's build, until they stop building.
New squirrels for the Superbird... pair of billet wheel, T6 88s.Life has a funny habit of getting us off track... back on it now!
Thanks Tim!Looking good Mike
Low 600s is way more fun and way less expensive! I ran Drag Week in 06,07,10,15,17 with varying degrees of success, lol. This car will definitely compete on DW. I’m even building a matching trailer for just that purpose. This is a cool project!
I am looking forward to getting my rebuilt 500 stroker based off a 400 block back in my 70 Road Runner. But mine will only be low 600s for horsepower - child's play for you!!! It'll be fun to see your beast come to life!
I couldn't help but notice the Hot Rod drag week T-shirt. Have you participated before? And would plans be to have this Superbird run in the future?
