I am trying to find an aftermarket better flowing intake manifold that will fit under the hood of my car. 1971 Charger 440 RT with Edelbrock 750
I googled the hell out of it and nothing came up of value.
I was thinking the performer RPM from all the good reviews but i was taking a peak at the hood and dual snorkel factory intake i would like to retain and im just not sure it will all fit.

Anyone here have any experience pertaining to this? a point in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated.
Its a mostly stock driver FYI

Honestly, for all the trouble you will go through finding one and putting it on I don't think you will be the least bit satisfied. That is if you are expecting any kind of noticeable performance gains. If you are just going for looks then that's totally different.

I was hoping for a difference. On a SBF I noticed a nice difference in throttle response and mid range and was hoping for the same from the 440

It really depends on what has been done to your engine. A bone stock motor will not see much improvement where as a built 440 would see a vast improvement. Im not saying don't do it, just don't expect much. I think the tried and true edelbrock performer dual plane manifold should fit no problem. They are low

We have an Eddy performer rpm under the hood of my dads 73 with a power bulge hood and a factory dual snorkel breather, no figment issues and it doesn't hit anywhere.

Thanks
I will be going with the Eddy Performer.
