A friend's big wedge on the dyno today. 830 horse. It hurt itself a couple months ago on a third pull. A tip broke off a valve and damaged a head and piston. The power is down a bit, but Tom will get it sorted out. The porting on the replacement head looks a bit different than the old head but it's supposed to flow the same numbers. I don't know the size for sure but it's close to 600 cubes.

Definitely not a street engine. Idle 1750 rpms and the pull went to 7300 rpms, equals gallons per mile rather than mpg. Hopefully reliable beyond 3 pulls.

He took it in after a couple years and hundreds of passes. His Duster runs 8.60's at 150+. It is quite dependable and consistent.
