Now that the two dead shooters have been positively identified and their names released, Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, and Tashfeen Malik, 27, does anyone care to take bets how this is going to be spun over the next few days; workplace violence or terrorism?

I'm betting on the former.

Go home talk the wife / fiancee into tagging along. I watched a lot of the news coverage, and once terrorism came up and became more likely, the heads were all scratching their heads at why terrorists would attack this location. This shows they still have no clue what a caliphate is. A caliphate directs Muslims to kill infidels wherever they are at. Muslims migrate to specific areas for jihads, but a caliphate directs them to make attacks where they live.

Another source described a house in Redlands that was being searched in connection with the shooting as "an IED facility." The source said investigators discovered multiple pipe bombs in the house, as well as small explosives that were strapped to remote-controlled cars.

Its terrorism plain and simple. These were people who worked here,born here,citizens and they still hate the country. We let them in and legally sell them these weapons. The latest report is one weapon was a type normally sold to law enforcement only. Someone bought it for the killer and legally sold it to him. So there you have it,terrorist killers in our country with all the legal rights as any Americans. You think its time to ban selling any firearm to a Muslim? I do.

I find it horrific..I find it disturbing, I find it ironic, and I find it funny(funny stupid, not funny comical) that your first suggestion is to ban gun purchases to a specific race of people, knowing good and well that will NEVER happen in this day-n-age..Your solution to the problem isn't a solution, it's just another avenue to support more gun control, which isn't going to stop this kind of thing from happening..That is what my post was aimed at...

Just another example of folks not understanding the caliphate. The folks who will be pulling off these attacks won't be coming in from anywhere. They will be U.S. citizens who are Muslims and heed the call for attacks. They may have Muslim names, they may have Christian names. They could be Hoowok Wang Fu. So how are you going to ban gun sales to Muslims when you have no idea who many of them are?

I think Trump is ahead of the curve on this issue. We need to dispose of ISIS, who is driving the caliphate, and then crack down on mosques that are fomenting and enabling the violence.

Another mass shooting. It is not enough to say our prayers are with the victims. It is not enough to to say this is NOT normal. It is not enough to point the usual fingers. This is a public health issue on par with an infectious disease, an epidemic. We need to allow our best scientists to study it as such.
This is a national security issue equivalent to terrorism. It actually is terrorism. We need to let our best minds in law enforcement, sociology, public health and many other professions come up with plans of action and have that done without being hamstrung by petty partisan politics.

In these kinds of situations, early reports are frequently wrong. I'm almost certain it will take days, probably weeks, perhaps more to sort out exactly what happened, how, and who was involved.

So now the truth be told,finally. Muslim extremists who reside in this country and obviously hate America and Americans bought at least two of these weapons legally to kill innocents and you defend there rights to own and purchase firearms.

Trump wants to watch mosques,then maybe he will watch more of these maniacs who travel in and out of the country to these havens for terrorists and not sell them firearms when they return to this country.
