Here is something that I found that may be of help to some with regards to clearence problems around headers etc. It appears to have been designed for the street rodder crowd, but could certainly be used for other engine swap problems in cars that the engine never came in. No, I haven't. I just know that in the past when I was looking at old trucks with the intentions of putting an old body on a later model chassis with bigger engines, headers etc. it would have solved a lot of problems if it works as it appears to. It is actually a pretty simple solution and since it is offered in many sizes it looks like they have covered a large field of potential problems solved.
