Anybody dealt with G CAR lately?

I've been trying for the last few days to get ahold of them. I've been calling twice a day and left a couple of messages with no answer. It goes to a voicemail message and their website says they are still open during the pandemic, so I don't believe that they are closed down. I've heard really good things about them and I'd really like to use their services. Is it normally hard to get ahold of them or should I start looking for someone else to chrome my dash plastics?
