On Ruby, our 66 Coronet, needs an antenna. I could go stock but got to thinking about a power one. Just wondering if any of you are and if so which one.

Did so years ago after scoffing one off a GM car. Why not consider a manual telescoping antenna ?

Because I know me and I'll be cruising down some highway and turn the radio on then realize it ain't gona work. And I'll say to myself "ya big dummy you forgot to raise the antenna "
But I won't pull over for that

My 66 Charger had one on it when I got the car in 2010. The motor quit on it and I had purchased this one.. 12V DC AM FM Radio Auto Power Antenna Mast Replacement Conversion Kit | eBay. Nicely built, works well. My antenna is on passenger side front fender. This unit actually fit thru the gap in the door hinge area / fender when PS door is nearly fully open for installation.

I bought a new one off eBay for some 25-bucks around 5-years ago. There are a ton of them for sale. My Hermosa radio had a connect for power antenna hook up. Still works fine.

Not sure if this would work for you but it is a NOS mopar unit for a Chrylser. Needs 13" of room to mount with flat surface. PM me if interested.
