Battery voltage dangerously high?

Just wondering how many times this multi-meter has been used ?

It doesn't get much use and I'm not aware of all it's functions. Oddly enough, I managed to rebuild the 383, 727, and 8.75, but struggle with a multi meter. Go figure. That's why I came here. Thanks guys!!
