Is there a difference in Big Block HP Manifolds off diff cars? I need a Drivers side for my 69 Satellite and was just wondering if I need to look for a particular one or if all big block HP Manifolds are the same. Thanks Boz
For B bodies they were (basically) the same. The differences were a change in the "clocking" of the flange (for the pipe to attach to) and then the addition of a "rib" on the driver's side for a heat stove. Also the counterweight changed from a flat piece to a round cast piece.
A body manifolds were a bit different, especially the driver's side. Same for a C body. I believe the passenger's side was the same for B & C, but the driver's side was different.
