This is the most impressive project I was ever on: South Cobb water control project, 27-foot diameter solid rock bored tunnel, 5-1/2 miles long and 400+/- feet deep. The massive pump station was equally as impressive.
It's amazing what a bunch of motivated human beings + technology can accomplish.

On our trip to Iceland 5 years ago, we stayed a couple of days on an old horse farm. Their Border Collie was named Lapke. Beautiful pup. Since we were in for the rest of the day (20 hours of daylight) I went outside to play with him. We played for hours, great dog. This is the pic I took from inside the front door the next morning. Lapke was waiting for me to come out and play.

This is the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, California

Then The Badlands
Some nature, some patriotic, some mechanical. I think they can all make for some good pictures!

in/at Polar Raceway, Palmer Alaska 1984-85
it was like 1,000ft from my back door
(my sister Candy took it)
blown up/magnified (were way too small) so they get really pixelated/fuzzy
this is a digital photo of a Polaroid, so don't be too harsh
also my 71 442 W30 S/ST (10.90) car
I was always driving so it was tough for me to take many photos
one I took with my trusty Polariod, like 1978-1979-ish (I was 19-20 y/o)
my driveway scene of almost any day of the week, looked like this
my 69 RR is off to the side out of frame
my Comp Eliminator AA/Gas (6#s per/cid 1,806#s) Altered
301cid Donovan, w/trick Mondello peanut heads,
900-ish Hp Blown Mert Littlefield 6:71 30% over, Endele Bug Catcher Hat Inj
my street/strip N2O car 8 second iron LS7 67 Camaro
at Sacramento Raceway,
somone on the crew took the photo, my trusty Polariod, early 1980s going 8's
someone here helped & lightened it up some I don't remember who did

(like the rest from a Polariod/Instamatic, photos are in picture frames
all taken with a cheap $59 digital camera, while they were still hanging on the wall)
my 23 Altered A/A & S/E 7.90 NHRA class
car 426cid w/Brodix heads Enderle Inj. Alcohol/methanol Sacramento Raceway staging lanes
like 1987-ish (?)
