Bought a 70

Just made it back to SC. Have fun with it Mark!

awesome....... another mission accomplished....... I was productive today, not done yet
Congratulations Jeff and Mark!
Another Mopar in the hands of a master. I'm so jealous. I can't wait for the transformation pictures.

I see Jeff still has his knees & legs!!! Good job Rebel!!! Hope no "stick smacking" occured

so I've been working in the other room for months...... we dumped the RR into the main shithole where I had cars and parts stacked like a cigar box, I could barely get around in there..... I was hoping to move cars around and pull a clean up before Christmas........ I did, before next Christmas

anyway....... it's nice to have my shop back, now I can function :blah:

BTW, Jeff, how are you feeling? back up to speed I hope?

I have 4 vehicles in my shop right now including my 2500 club cab....things are tight right now especially with all the clutter from my wife's place but I'm making progress on clearing some of it out.

we have action! lmao....... and actually, it's the first I really looked it over

my first move is to gap everything as close to perfect as I can. The doors and trunk lid won't move for a while, as they will serve as my jig.

the doors were both hanging low, but the hinges were tight in that position..... and there was plenty of room for adjustment. All those bolts were TIGHT, and obviously never disturbed...... little lazy on the assembly line?

not sure what's up with the deck lid...... it's almost as if the trunk hinge brackets were installed too far rearward . Maybe it's one of those "Friday cars" :D..... nothing's bent, and it opens and shuts fine; so I modified the deck lid a little, it'll be our secret.

oh, I have a nice lower tie bar in my pile to replace the smashed one........ it was forcing the hood latch support too high :blah:

nice straight car....... now we can get rid of half of it

have some pictures ...... :poke:

One of the reasons I liked the car was how straight it was and in original paint. You make it look even better! Tear it up!
