Quick update - got the doors and trunk aligned and shutting/sealing correctly (will need new gaskets after paint). Removed the hood and taking it and right front fender with me to class this weekend, will learn metal bumping and shrinking at Sunchaser. Will try and get some before and after picture of progress. Also taking a fender from the Power Wagon - sheet metal is a little thicker on that baby!! In fact I had to cut 10 of 12 bolts to remove that fender, they had phillips head on the bed side, and there was no way to get enough bite on them to remove the rusted nuts inside the wheel wells.
