Can you Estimate my horsepower?

Even though the ratio is 3.91 with this beast, do you think it will still work? Or do you think a different ratio is absolutely necessary.

What tire are you running, specifically how tall is the tire

I ran a 3.91 with a 26” tire and it revved like crazy at 60mph, I think you might want to go to a taller tire.

That was my thought also I'll have to crunch the numbers and see what will work best for ET. And peo street use I'm on the fence.

Run it see how it works and if you have to get a taller tire, don’t go lower gear

I thought with such a street ratio as 3.91 the smaller tire would work as if I had a 4.56 ratio. Taller gear means smaller tire. Lower gear such as 4.88 would want a much taller tire don't you agree?

Sorry you’re correct, I meant lower as in switching to a 3.55 or 3.23

do you like shredding tires ? if so, keep the 3.91 gear and 26.5 diameter tire. Then, horsepower #'s won't matter.
you need at least a 28" tire or a higher gear. Period

We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the Mickey Thompson street slicks are actually 28.00" on the dot. So I think we are in the ball park. I guess we will find out at the track.
