Encountered a smashed up old black spacer under the Holley Double Pumper. Measures 3/8 which seems to be a rarer choice. Any reason the old owners chose 3/8 rather than a 1/2? I want to get one ordered today.
Is it an aftermarket intake. Good chance it was put on to make clearance for the linkage
Because it was there and it ran?I would install with it off. Why do you need it?
Maybe an heat isolater and had vapor lock issues?Because it was there and it ran?
I must be getting old and losing it. That doesn't look like a stock intake manifold to me.
How do you know it won't run BETTER without it?? But what if the car had square wheels and run, would you try and find replacement square wheels???....just curious...because.....??Because it was there and it ran?
It said MOPAR so I assumed it was stock or close enough to it that I wouldn't have to differentiate the part.I must be getting old and losing it. That doesn't look like a stock intake manifold to me.
Well I torqued everything correctly and it just blew loads of fuel out the base so yes, I think I should have take a clue from the previous builder. How do you know it won't run BETTER without it??
