Charger Daytona for sale

I wonder if this Charger Daytona has Corinthian leather?

:D

actually yes, I had a 76 charger that had the fine Corinthian leather, that appeared to be OE. while the charger name did carry over , the Cordoba was aimed at the monte Carlo for mid size luxury built on the b body platform but was first and foremost before being rebadged as a charger. a weak attempt to attract performance car buyers , all show no go. the highest performance they could muster was a 230 hp 400 4 barrel with a 9 1/4 323 (maybe a 355 with the tow package) rear and a few decals. that IMHO , will never bring big money

 ... But is a whole different creature, Damlier first, and Fiat later capture the essence of a modern muscle car in that blue beauty, my dream car, one day... after mortgage payments, business salary, credit card, finished my coronet, and a long etcetera :BangHead::lol:

Mid to late seventies cars are becoming more collectible and represent a affordable way to get into the old car hobby.
Although this particular car is not a good example as its priced to high, I still feel its a great find and im sure someone will enjoy it

There's nothing representing an affordable way to get into the old car hobby,at 35k for a smogged out glorified Cordoba, with Daytona decals on it! Most cars from the mid seventies /early eighties, are getting modern LS ,Coyote, and Hemi engine upgrades, and the smogged out low performance engines are ending up in the scrap bin in order to make them perform as good as they look.

There's an ol' saying

'there's an *** for every seat'

price will determine, who's *** maybe :poke:
(IMHFO that car is overpriced, for most all of the market, no matter how low mileage or condition)

The Big ol' Magnums were a little better looking
same stuff, different package

You need to re read what I wrote. That particular car is overpriced in my opinion. What I was saying was cars from that period of time.
Everybody has their own likes and dislikes as far as older collectable cars. Many are limited in their budget. A mid or later seventies car can be more affordable and let someone enjoy the hobby. Thats all im saying

again,75 and up chargers are Not rebadged chrysler cordobas.
the cordoba didnt Exist before 75,while the charger did,the entire run on a B body platform.
the only thing the cordoba did was replace the plymouth satellite.
for clarity.

The 1975 model year had the Dodge Charger and Chrysler Cordoba share the same new body based on the B platform. The Chrysler Cordoba had replaced the Plymouth Satellite Sebring. The Charger SE (Special Edition) was the only model offered. It came with a wide variety engines from the 318 cu in (5.2 L) "LA" series small block V8 to three versions of 400 cu in (6.6 L) big block V8. The standard engine was the 360 cu in (5.9 L) 2-bbl small block, along with the code E58 4-bbl and dual exhaust high performance version (225 hp) being available as an option[17]. Sales in 1975 amounted to 30,812.

also,Steve is right, these are some of the cheapest ways to get into a Mopar and i see a lot of them getting big blocked.
remember,these are still a b body..
and being different usually makes your ride stand out against a sea of cudas, roadrunners, etc.
