coil advise

I am going to upgrade my ignition with a MP electronic distributor and the orange box,the kit included the distributor a new ballast resistor and the wireing harness,my question is what coil should I use?.I am currently running a stock model,i am replaceing the wires with new 8mm wires and also what do you recommend for plugs?Thanks

I have a Accel Super stock, Car starts much better with this compared to the old stock one.. Im sure they make better for different applications.. I haven't as yet tried there plugs but have heard a fair amount of good with them.. Link below to a variety of different brand names..
