This is the second of this style of key holder I have found. I ground off the end of the key to make it fit. And then I had to drill a hole in the key. So it makes me wonder, when people got them were they given a headless blank key with a small hole in it that would have been cut by the locksmith ? Also, if you were using it as a keychain, how would you then use it? If you lost your keys or locked them in your car, what good is a spare key going to do for you?
