ramcharger
The '70 Coronet in your avatar doesn't have the ramcharger (fresh air; N96 option) hood.
Are you doing an upgrade to your car or working on a different car with the ramcharger?
Just curious.

Is there a difference with the 4368 and 4369
4368 is without air conditioning and WITH N96 ramcharger (fresh air).Is there a difference with the 4368 and 4369
...70 383 HP, b body, automatic tranny, ramcharger...
I don't believe it's possible to have the "correct" carburetor as this configuration was invalid to order from what I understand. The fresh air base occupied the area where the AC compressor would go.Yes with air...

So I think you have two choices - neither of them "correct"; one a Carter (AC car) and one a Holley (Ramcharger car). Someone else more in-the-know can probably elaborate more precisely and/or from experience than I can. Image below is a cut/paste from the parts catalog of the two that seem closest to me. Neither are N95/California. I'd guess the Holley?

*Edit - I see a couple more possibilities for 4bbls; the 4369A (3418 562) is a 'Superbee' Orange 335hp 089 AC-Auto engine's (but not N96) Holley I believe?

Any luck on reviewing Dodge parts book
I, personally, can't. Maybe someone with some real-world 'BTDT' experience can comment. Good luck....which one would you recommend

What would be a good chose w/o California emmisionsBook says Holley R4739-1A for 383 and automatic on a Coronet (W) with ECS and Fresh Air.
There is no mention of Air Conditioning in combination with Fresh Air. This agrees with post #28 by @MarkLevi
