Sorry to hear, the one closest to me has been real accommodating most of the time. I had a goof with a garage door (that was really my screw up) and they took it back putting that cash toward the one I needed. Ironically, a buddy was looking to put in new garage doors and bought the one I returned for less than 20% of what it cost. Lol, he wanted me to return the other one…I have a three car garage so he could snag another great deal.
