Someone probably makes one but man, that would be a pretty large air fryer. Had a small one and man, pita to clean.Have not read this whole thread, but is there an air fryer big enough for a turkey? That could work. Air is still fairly cheap.

Put up a cheap pop up tent thing if it's still raining. Rain/snow will make it spatter and cold temps/wind make it harder to maintain temperature.got my ducks in a row, rain early, should be able to do it after noon some time

Not when it’s soaked with flammable grease it’s not!sure...cardboard is not flammable at all.
Carpet squares work good for mesure...cardboard is not flammable at all.
