I'll start with a picture of this trinket that I found while cleaning out the car in 1985.

As such, I am dubbing this long overdue project "The Omen". With sufficient harassment from you folks I will get her back on the road.

Nice one...this is what I like to see...a member getting a restoration thread going.

383 4 speed ? With console...B5 blue too! Cool.

I am unpacking boxes of tools, car parts, and car interior items after multiple moves around the USA. That alone is a project unto itself.

That's a sharp looking car with some great options. Pretty solid?

We continue to have wet weather every weekend this fall in Savannah. The car has not been wet since 1985. I will not pull the car out for pictures if it might get wet. So, here are a couple of pictures from 2015 when I went back to Texas for retrieval.

I am working on carefully removing the accumulated dust. The car was in storage from July 1991 to July 2015.

The side glass, rear window, most of the interior pieces, and everything except the block, trans, & differential were boxed up and followed me around the country as I changed jobs.

Waiting for the enclosed trailer in July 2015. The skinny tires make it easier to push; and were cheap too.

I believe that is the cloth seat insert, only available on a black seat

It is not cloth, but "perforated" vinyl on the seat cushion and seat back. Below is the seat back of the driver's bucket.

Also, the rear seat cushion and seat back have the "perforated" treatment too.
