Wouldn't it be just a cut of prime rib with the rib bone removed ?

Not sure about if it had the bone in...It was as big as a ham . They carved slices off of it. The roasted browned outside was still on it....................MO

Where was that gift certificate for. Don’t want to go there. Outback is overated. I’m tight and don’t like long lines at trendy places.

It was a place in Folsom, about 6 miles from home. I don't recall the name, sorry.

Love steak. Been to quite a few steakhouses. Back in the early days I remember going to Chucks Steakhouse.

Been to NY to Peter Lugers and man was that a great steak. Went with 10 guys and we walked outta there with a $1,100+tip but came out to $75ea. Tiger prawn shrimp, creamed spinach, several bourbon manhattans as well as a magnum of wine. The coffee was awesome especially with fresh whipped cream instead of regular cream.

Joseph's steakhouse is just as good as it was opened by a guy that used to work at Peter Lugers.
