I have a 1966 Coronet that I did the old "disc o-tech" brake article conversion. It now has 1974 Dart front mounted calipers and spindles. I want to add a sway bar but it won't clear the front mount caliper. I was told to swap the caliper and spindle from side to side to place the caliper in the rear and use Mopar F body or 1969 disc brake Camaro brake hoses. Will this work and did anyone actually do this with success?

Mounting the calipers to the rear is common practice on 66-69 B bodies. I have pin type calipers, and I moved the hose bracket to the front, for better routing. I was making my own hard lines anyway. Contact Dr Diff for slider caliper hose solutions.

If you have slider calipers mounted to the rear, you can use 73 up b body hoses.
They are long enough to put the twist in so they clear on turning.
For all I know F body and 73 B body hoses are the same length.
