My wife is of Italian descent, so she'll do a lasagna "the right way" once in a blue moon that's amazing.
Her chicken 'n' dumplings are awesome, too.
She's from the Bahhhh-ston area of NH, so it's potatoes morning, noon and night with her....
so I taught her how to do a proper southern breakfast. She now makes a gravy (I make the biscuits, of
course ) that rivals anyones' for that as well - when she's in the mood for it, anyways.
