My Magnum doesn't share either.
If Cuda or Hemi has a ball he wants, especially if Magnum hasn't got his own ball, he is GONNA take what he wants.
And the others let him, even though they're 100lbs, and Magnum's only 75. Handicap sympathy? Lol.

Thor loves apples. If I put a dog treat beside a piece of apple he will take the apple every time.. So when I see apples on sale he gets a bag.

My wife and I are on our last Husky. She's a wonderful girl, with an insane amount of personality and affection. Like all our previous others, she's a rescued furball. Mishka has spent the last 4 months in a cone. She had a cancerous growth removed from her front leg. She kept messing with the surgery site, making it a near impossibility to heal properly. She hasn't changed much, but she uses the cone as a weapon, and has destroyed 2 already. We took her to an oncologist for help. We're running a regiment of new foods, supplements, ointments and herbs, to get one scabbed area to quit scabbing. If she doesn't go after that area, we can remove the cone. She's not in pain, but is a dog and will chew and lick an injured area. Infection set in without the cone and her licking. This is our only option, at this point. We just want our little girl to resume a normal daily life, till she times-out.
We love Mishka...so much.

She is beautiful

Our Vet was fat shaming our kids. She ran some numbers on the food combo they get, Darwin's raw and Fromm's dry, and said it's very calorie dense. They don't get a huge quantity of either so my wife had an idea to give them bulk but cut down on the calories. We steam Broccoli or Riced Cauliflower for them on their evening meals. No dry, just the body weight proportion on the Darwin's patties, Toga 1/Zeke 2[ patties are 8oz ea] and the steamed veggies. They inhale that stuff! We weren't sure about the veggies but they love it. AM feeding is a small amount of dry with 1 cup each of Carrots that we boiled in Beef Broth plus some of the broth in the mix. Same deal, empty and clean bowls. Slowly but surely the weight is coming off.

My Vet did the same with Riley , I felt like telling her to look in the mirror. Riley weighs 115 but yes she could loss a couple pounds.

Two of my Gsd's are pretty thick, but still very athletic. The third eats like a horse... and is too skinny.

Crazy s#$t! Just now tried to get a shot of two of my dogs, sound asleep. Flipped this tablet to camera, pointed it at one of em, AND ALL THREE INSTANTLY WOKE UP, CHARGED ME AND BARKED! I wanna know HOW they DO that!

Now we all gotta go outside and play ball.

I've been cleaning the deck the last few days. Using a hook tool and vacuuming the gaps out to "attempt" removal of dog hair. Toga was helping as usual.
