That seems to be pretty common nowadays... I always liked to go see the puppies and let one pick me.... Seems as if you can't do that anymore

now that sounds like fun! Nothing I like better than a bunch of new pups scampering around, having their puppy fun. And getting to pick your pup, or vise versa is the best way to get your new friend for life!

the breeders kept the 1st pick of males,
they wanted the biggest MALE, named/called him Rowdy

nevermind the date stamps they are wrong

7-12-2015 (my 56th birthday) Elvis is actually bigger
& than their pick is now,
he's about 100#s+ a few inches taller
Rowdy (as a pup) is the one on the far right,
is about 90#s looks like a 'slightly smaller' clone
Elvis is out of frame in my dads arms

Priscilla one of my neighbors got his sister 7-12-2015,
shes also second from the right above

I never have a female dog, but now that Giggles is with me Is awesome how a female dog behave.and react to you imo.
