Very informative read Thanks for posting! I do have LED's in the circuit board but do not know if the flashers I purchased were compatible? I will check tomorrow when I get back over to do more troubleshooting!

Yep LED's will cause havoc, you will need to make sure they are compatible, I tried that switching leds in the cluster once didn't like it vs stock also tried putting in led tail lights like the 1151's but the stock system hated it, the flasher needed to be changed I found out, I went back to stock.
Its hard to trouble shoot stock system with not stock parts, wondering how much trouble it would be for you to put the OE stuff back in lets fix any wiring issues then you can do the led upgrade with the right parts? lots of threads in this forum about it.

Yea guess if I would have known the LED's would be this much trouble would have never put them in!!
