I'd run 0w- 30 or 40 depending on how worn your engine is
0w gets the oil flowing faster at start up which is where most of your wear is
I use 0w40 (actually a high end of 30) eurospec synthetic in most everything except the VW TDI (particulate filter)
It is designed for sliding lifter BMW LL- Porsche, MB 229 spec etc
made from Natural gas not dino oil
higher natural EP rating, takes less additive
Inexpensive at walmart
BTW do not use zinc additives with SN oils
they take a calcium based EP
normal zinc additives actually lower EP in SN oil
