Man is that interior looking sweet Prop! Way to go!
That `39 does look incredible, a little bit outside the box but it would be a lot of fun.
When was the last time it went over the road?

Thanks Matt....Interior was riveting to put in......actually, pretty boring :coffee:

I'm really digging the old plymouth...Like you said, a bit out of the box from the normal muscle car world I live in, but I think if all goes well and I for sure get the car, it's gonna be fun to dip my hands into that generation of cars and see what they're all about. I'm stoked.

Before you know it, I will be calling things "swell" and refering to you guys as "cats".

Later Daddy O'!

A little inspiration for ya.

next thing we find out that will's gonna have high water jeans, white t-shirt, and hair gel and his wife gonna be dressed in bobby socks, skirt, and a ribbon in her hair.Seriously though will, if you put even half the effort in that old plymouth that you did with the bird,it is going to be one sweet ride.

Your interior looks great Will! i really like that Plymouth you are thinking on, maybe out of the slot for the normal muscle cars but thats one cool looking ride.. I do wish you luck with it all...

Prop,

I'm fighting with the rear x-member on my 'runner. I've already run into a stamping problem; there's only one bumper hole on the bottom edge. I'm using AMD parts and have already emailed Jeff to find out what to do about the mis-stamping.

I also noticed what you said about the top edge being narrower. Being the genius that I am, I drilled some of the welds out from the top thinking it'd be easier to drill and weld standing up instead of laying on my back. Now I've got about a dozen holes to fill because the new part doesn't cover the holes. :eek:ops:

If you've got any other tips from your experience installing yours, I'd sure appreciate hearing them. I'm installing all five parts, side to side. If it wasn't for threads like this one I probably wouldn't have started trying to do the welding on my car. So I'm not entirely sure if I should thank you or hate you :icon_lol:

But seriously ... :notworthy: thanks
