FBBO members that have been scarce lately....

I have heard that Facebook is the place to be for Mopar related things, but I don't want no part of it! If I end up being the last one here,I will shut off the lights. I hope Facebook is working out for you, but I wouldn't stop advertising here though, myself and others here buy a lot of parts!
Don't hold your breath waiting, stuff sells quick on FB not like here and moparts where it sits for months with no hits.

I'm still here, you lucky guys...... LOL

People will get sick of all the Facebook B.S. that goes on sooner or later, and you will be back. My friend has been on there a couple of months, and he is sick of it already.

I sell most of the smaller stuff on here but the big stuff generally goes on FB. That said, hardly any Mopar stuff gets posted on FB but have had lots of stuff sell on there that was picked up from the side of the road lol

Very little conversation goes on there with me since FB is a pita. Click on a post and then have to click on all comments to see everything then have to put up with all the BS crap that was said.

I told my kids, friends ect. If you see a face book acct. or post on there from me it's fake or a scam or someone else useing my name.
I never joined and never will also no tweeter , no Instagram,
This sight plus i did sign up on A bodies when B was down once , and ebay are my only 3.
As far as missing members there are some that I wonder about.
M Ryder? (Spelling ) that guy new alot about cams and also IQ52 & lewtot have not seen him for awhile. Both were helpful to me when I was working with my low compression 440.
Another guy, from out west I think did a lot of metal work , polishing , plane props?
Some cool pieces, can't recall his ID.

I am at a break point with both FABO and FBBO. Slowly drawing back from answering anything. Tired of the narcissistic know it all's, the bragger's, my way or the hiway. Some people are truly impressed with themselves! Others that have to call you names. Others that go totally off the rails from a simple question, trying to push what they want to do to your car. And finally, the ones that tell the innocent to cross the road, not telling them that there is a 1,000 foot cliff there. It is what it is and always will be, just hate people being that way. Not a fan of Facebook. These may be some of the reasons why some people start to fade away.

This site seems to have fewer conflicts between members than FABO.
I've wondered about that a few times over the years. Why would that site have more disputes? WE are all Mopar guys so why would there be such a difference? I admit, their membership/active member count is higher by about a third but I don't think that translates to 1/3 more arguments.
Is it a matter of demographics? Is the average age of an A body owner lower or higher? How do the incomes compare between members of these sites?
Back to the original topic though....
"Ghostrider67" seemed to fade away. Flypaper dropped off the radar too. Both of them posted a lot.

Another name that's faded is 69BBody. He had over 30,000 posts, and has been here as recently as last month, but hasn't posted anything for over five years.

I agree and seems that FABO is worse than it is here.....

As of yesterday, I'm considering being done with my digging through threads to find direct links, and my 80,000+ photos, to help guys that are asking questions on FABO. Numerous times I've done so now with absolutely zero acknowledgement for the effort, F'm.. they can figure it out themselves!

I have been through your threads many times. Think I may have asked a question or 2. But if I didn’t say it then I’ll say it now thanks for your detailed pictures and explanations you give. Jesse
