After installing and torquing the heads (using the Felpro 1105 head gasket) I had to remove one of the heads to resolve an issue.

The engine was never started...question is can I reinstall the head gasket.

These particular gaskets are a little pricey (67.00 each from Summit) and if I didn't have t buy another that would be great. Thanks

Is that a multi layer gasket? Beaded steel? Composition? I have had no experience with this, but I like the steel shim .020" for the big block. And I always use a new one. I know some types can be re-used with no problems. What engine are you working on? Small block? Big Block?

I'd never re-use a head gasket. Too much work, to chance a failure....and my time is worth more than that.
