Fire Recovery 69 Charger- TKO600, EFI, Rack&Pinion,etc

hi! ok so i am super excited i found this forum today!! so here is my progress with my build. had a fire couple of years ago trying to go to the power tour and since then i have swapped to a TKO600, EFI, made my own billet accessory drive, doing A/C, de-flamed ;) the engine bay. smoothed it (but did it so if i wanna go back to original i still can) all new 3" mandrel custom exhaust i am fabbing myself, etc. will add more pics soon thanks for looking.

got the rack and pinion conversion kit from speedway yesterday or so. its made by unisteer and was 300 i think cheaper than unisteers website.

Man I like that ride...nice recovery after the fire.That's one thing I don't like about my 70RR and that's the stock hi-back seats.Would love to put some more modern,comfortable seats in there but collectors plates would be voided...we'll see...

my rack didnt fit!! headers and milodan pan hit!!

Well I got the rack in finally. Wouldn't fit my milodon pan so I bought a stock style deep sump. Fits good now but still had to massage the rack to clear pan. Now the issue is header fitment.

Wow, pretty cool stuff, I really like the accessory drive. I take it you have access to a CNC or just a damn good machinist. I can't imagine mine catching fire, that had to make you sick. Watching your video has added a little motivation to bust my butt and try to fire mine up on my 5 day vac. Looking good
