Very Nice car, neat color, lets see some engine pictures please.

Great looking 62 mate, there aren't enough around. Are you enjoying getting around in it?
Please post more pics, or even better, vids. I'd love to see and hear more!!!

That would be up to the new owner. I couldn't afford the cross ram set up and find the single four is plenty of get up and go for me.

New owner??!! You selling already?

Fair call on crossram, it is lots of $$, it's what stops me. Many would say the single 4 has more get up and go anyway, but gotta love the nostalgic maxie look:glasses2:

Yeah I'm gonna let this one go. I never intended to keep this one. The car was a basket case that just needed to be put back together. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time and had most of the bits and pieces that it needed to get it on the road. Big car show this weekend so i'm gonna see if I can get some offers.

What a great score! and yeah, what a great looking dash. I'm curious how did you
come across this car?
Have fun with it!

I had finished restoring a '62 Fury and while visiting a friends shop another visitor came in. Turns out he has a Dart that he is working on and after seeing the Plymouth thought I might be able to help him finish it up. I said "sure". Nothing ever came of the conversation till I mentioned that I was looking for another '62 and it ended up that the Dart was now available. So, one phone call and a drive out to the farm and viola!

Very cool, I love to hear stories like that. Just wish they'd happen to me more often.......

Good luck!

Bought a 71 Cuda kinda like that. Went to look at it in 85 and walked away from it because the price was too high. A year later I was cleaning out my desk and ran across the guys phone number and thought why not try it. He still had the car and still for sale with a much better price and ended up buying it. Kept it for 15 year and still regret selling it.

I feel your pain, It doesn't get much better than a 70-71 Cuda.
In 67, I found and purchased a 63 Max wedge, ran that car at all the local strips
then got drafted in 68, was sent overseas and when I got back had to trade it for a street-able car for work. I still regret it after 45 years. That's life I guess, or at least mine.....

Such a common story. Unfortunate fact of life that we can't hang on to all our toys....

What sort of coin you looking at for your Dart abloch? (BTW, your dash looks gorgeous!)

I'm going to entertain offers at this point. There;s a big MoPar show this weekend and I'm going to put it in the car corral. There are so few of theses around and though desirable, it's no RR or Cuda. You gotta want one of these. I'm confident that it would appraise in the 20,000 dollar range, which is what I have it insured for but I gotta wonder what the market will bear. I see so many of these and the Plymouth Max Wedge clones listing for 30,000 and i'm not sure if they are actually selling for that. I'd like to give you a hard number Frank but I think I am going to start HIGH and let the market whittle me down to reality. I'll let you know.
