Welcome to America best wishes from central Illinois. My wife has several cousins that have immigrated from Paris proper, and Nantes. All of whom reside in Chicago. Not the safest city in the world, but they are happy.
Bon Jour
Steve

It's not a B-body, but I wanted to share this with you.
I found an old picture of my ex-Barracuda.
1709020843354869715252261.jpg

It was a 1970 340 Barracuda. This model is unknown in USA where all Barracuda's with the 340ci engine were 'Cudas.
This one, not. It was an "export" Barracuda with flat hood, Barracuda emblems, base instrument cluster and... 340 engine with big port heads (H code engine). Original color was metallic green with black vinyl top and interior. Ordering parts from Jim's auto parts, I totally restored her for three years, add 340 hockey sticks, a rallye cluster, magnum 500 wheels and got an "in Violet" paint job.

I love Plymouth E-bodies, but they are definitely too much expensive for me.

Welcome. Chrysler Designer John Herlitz was responsible for both of your favorites. The 70 E Body, and the 71 up B Body fuselage/loop bumper design. Both Mopar home runs.

:thankyou: I didn't know this. Mister John Herlitz is my new God. :)

Sadly, he has passed. I met his 2 sons a few years ago. They shared some of their Dads early sketches. Amazing story too. Not much to be found though. We have to respect the vision of these designers who worked with clay, not computers. Admittedly, they will were not encumbered by emissions and aerodynamics as much as today. HOWEVER, anyone who can pen and come up with timeless designs like these had talent. Vision. 45-50 years later these cars still command attention and respect. Beautiful yet muscular brutes.

He sent sketches to Chrysler as a child, an absolutely amazing dream come true success story.

Bonjour Alain,
Wow.... Magnifique Satellite. Vraiment.

Québec, New Brunswick? Nouvelle-Ecosse aussi?

Oh, by the way, on your way over to Louisiana, can you drop off a French lady at my door ? And, if you want to continue writing here in French, you'll have to bring another one for me, to interpret. :D

Oh sorry WileERobby... Of course my post in french was only a question for Alain, from New Brunswick and who speaks french.
I asked him where to find acadian people in Canada.
Drop a french lady at your door? In USA, you're more than 320.000.000 people and despite this, no woman for you? You're teasing me, WileERobby.... :D

QUOTE]

I suppose that all Canadians / Acadians in eastern Canada are bilingual?
It must be necessary to speak English to communicate with the rest of the country who is english-speaking
