You apparently never made it to I-85 an I-20 interchange... North of Atlanta awesome,West of Atlanta Very decent and where I live. South of Atlanta decent. Way south Georgia largely farming cotton,peanuts and stuff like that. East of Atlanta don't bother. I would stick with North,West some South but stay out of places like Covington,Conyers Rockdale County.. Even though Covington was where they filmed the first 4 or 5 episodes of the Dukes there. Pass through visit the Boars nest, yes its still there now a church though.
Fantastic Museum. SR-71 out there. Loved it every time I went. Got shitfaced in a bar named Mollys down there in Warner Robbins.
If you happen to go up I-95 There is the Mighty 8th museum. I stopped there one trip to Hilton Head but they were closed for a ceremony. Didn't get to go in. Also the Moody Airbase down in south Georgia is the home of the Flying Tigers. Pretty cool historical places around Georgia to visit. They did have a B1 bomber out there at Warner Robbins the last time I went there. It has been a few years. Out in front of Dobbins airbase, or NAS Atlanta they have a B-29 static display right on the side of the road. They built a small museum there too. Have not been to it yet. They also build the F-22's there.. Or should I say built.

I have always wanted to visit California ever since I was a kid. Never made it there farthest west I have ever been was Katy Texas.
I was out there in Katy but didnt get to roll around too much. We were there to do a complete L.E.D conversion to an 26 building apartment complex. Also did all of the parking lot lights I think 100 of them. Did all 26 buildings in a week. Changed all of the common area lighting to LED's so it was work,sleep,work,sleep not much time for anything else. On my last trip out there me and my co-worker drove 12 hours straight at 90 the whole way home. Got scared a little in Louisiana when he was driving. Had 3 State patrols right behind us I tell him hey look behind us. He says oh **** and hits the blinker and we get over. All 3 state boys blew past us like we were doing 30 mph. That was on I-10 I guess they had bigger fish to fry that day. lol
We went to Whataburger they aren't out here in Georgia like I said it was work,sleep,work didn't get around. It was mostly fast food didn't have time to sit down and enjoy anything. Kinda like when we went to Maryland they had White Castles there so we went there because we don't have them here. We have Krystals sort of like White Castles.
