Got her home...

I have grown up around Mopars ALL my life. I have had over 40 Mopars myself. But from all of the cars that I have been around and in, it was my dad's 67 Coronet R/T 440 4 speed that burned a spot in my heart when I was a kid. That car is long gone now and I have always kinda kept my eye out for one. I have a 70 Cuda that is my street car and my 69 Dart Swinger 340 4 speed I have owned for 20 years. But this week I bought HER!! A 1967 Coronet R/T 440 4 speed Dana rear end. It currently has a 71 six pack 440 in it and runs and drives. I have been grinning ear to ear since Dad and I brought it home. Today I ran the numbers as my son was practicing his high RPM shifts (he is 3). It brought up a lot of memories and I hope it will make some also!! Just one of those "My Dad had one when I was a kid" cars!!:grin:
