grinding on the stealths

they look pretty, hopefully they flow as well as they look, good luck

Can you provide dimensions at the pushrod pinch as well as a lit pic of the intake bowl and short turn?

Collecting info...thanks for any help.

just picked up the heads today. they did the valve job and surface. I did have him pick a random port for flow numbers. I didn't think I was going to get any high flow numbers, I just wanted to know for reference.

The openings mean squat. Spend time in the bowls. If you don't understand that,STOP. Leave them alone before they're worse than when the started.
I've run a Max Wedge intake on stock 906 ports and gone 11.60. I strongly suggest you start here. Good info.

Come on now,,, that's not true "The openings mean squat"......... Just because the MW intake (CAN) work, doesn't mean it wouldn't have been better with MW head ports matching the intake.....
Why would it be better to allow the incoming air/fuel charge to slam against the ledge of a head port casting? My 10 second street car likes matched ports.....

Well, that's not what was stated.... "
"The openings mean squat." IS what was stated, and not true..... That's all I wanted to point out....
People can do as they wish,,, I wouldn't ever want to get into a huge debate over it though...
just my 2 cents.

Just to reiterate.

My point is port matching and thinking that will create power is mainly a waste of time. The bowl , short side, and valve job is where the biggest gains are.

Truth.

Were there baseline #s available, since comparing #s from diff benches is not reliable?

I didn't do before numbers since there's so many people that have out of the box flow numbers. any how, if it was big numbers I was looking for, I'd have choosen a different head.
