Have you ever found a die cast car that matches your car?

I have a approximately 1:18 scale model of my Road Runner. The model is a Limelight Air Grabber Hemi hardtop while my car is a Limelight Air Grabber 383 Post car. Close enough for me (although I guess if forced to, I could trade my car for a real Hemi...)!

I found a real nice 1/18 1963 Polara 500 once but never found a 1962.

Closest thing I've found is a plastic Jo-han and finding a white or beige was the hardest. They are mainly red and it's hard to tell what color they are when they are sealed in a box. Some boxes are coded for the color. (By the way I have a red one for sale) Expect to pay $60 on up! I haven't built mine yet.

My wife gave me this one for Christmas a few years back. It matches mine except for the wheels. Hood and doors open on it.

I have never been able to find an exact match to any of my cars. The die casts always have either a vinyl top or no top or different stripes or wheels (depending on which car). But, if close enough I buy them anyway.

Took me a long time to find one but I did
