Head light switch removal 1969

How do i go about removing the head light switch from my 1969 charger? Is there a way to jumper out the dimmer so the dash lights are on high all of the time?

Jayk, you're asking about two different switches here. First, your headlight switch (two position toggle switch) is attached to your switch bezel with a couple screws which can be accessed behind the dash. The dimmer switch (circular switch) could probably be jumped but I believe that would also cause the dome light to stay on.
