HELP - RP23H61181430 ‘66 Hemi Satellite

My engine does not have a vin on either location.
simply the date on the raised pad below the coil. Which is where all 1966 and I think 67 engines as well
66 application will be BH ( same as mine )
67 allplication will be CH

Those pics of vins I posted are of engine Ive grabbed off the net.
OK - misunderstood the photo with a VIN.

You may find the block assembly date on the bottom side of the engine. Mine was located on the lower, left rear of the bock on the rear web.

What looks like VIN is actually MN signifying the engine plant. This decoded as an assembly date for 426 engine assembled on Dec 20th 1967, 12th engine of the day. (68 model year).

The engine casting date is near and partially behind the starter motor.

Most blocks in this time period were cast in 66 I believe. I’ve heard none were cast in 67. Mine was assembled 14 months after casting. Obviously not the original engine for my 66.
Dang......my birthday.....I was 10 !

A few years ago a red 66 hemi satellite with black interior was in my dad's shop because it wouldn't idle. He rebuilt the carburetors and I fabricated a custom advance limiting plate for the distributor so we could run it at 25 degrees initial timing and not have it advance too far. The only reason I had to do that was because the owner had put an original 440 6 pack dual point distributor in it and didn't want to weld or drill on the original parts.
