Help!!!

I have a fresh 440 and a be cool rad. and upon the fans kicking on antifreeze blows out of the cap and all over and it just sucked the top hose shut. WHY??? Everything in the motor is new.

Do you have your thermostat in up side down?

If your running an overflow bottle, do you have a recovery type radiator cap.
Also, is the overflow hose free of kinks and is the bottle clean.....there only needs to be one piece of crap floating in the bottom of the bottle and it will act like a one way valve,the water enters but can't return hence the vacuum effect on the hose........just a thought.

Thanks for your replies it was the cap itself not sealing all the way and when it blew the antifreeze out that was why it sucked the hose shut.
