Excellent! Way to stick with it. I have one question. Whats with the Petronix ignition? I have never had a problem with them, and if you call the tech line they are really helpful. Just a thought. I hate points.

Same here, this is the third vehicle I have put the petronix in and never had a problem before. Called the tech line and the guy was super helpful and dumbfounded with my problem. He said that typically the ignitor 2 will work or not, rarely do they ever sort of work as was my case. Shipping the part back and will install the new one when it arrives. I share your hatred of points.
