Hey guys, has anyone ever hear of the holley 1000cfm vacuum secondary carb, model # 806519? what years was it in production? was this a street carb? It seems like such an unusual piece, there must be a cool story behind it.
Thanks

Could you mean the 3 BBL carb from the 60's - 70's? There is a 950 and a 1030 and both are vac secondary. From what I know they were developed for NASCAR.

no, those 3 bbls were actually decent carbs from what I've read, the carb i'm talking about is a great big 4150, its listed on ebay

Just Call Holley is my best guess, talk to an older tech guy not one of the young bucks... I haven't heard of it, checked it out on e-scam too, still didn't ring any bells... but that doesn't mean anything... I have ran a 950cfm & 1030cfm 3bbl on a few older builds in the early 80's, ran great....
