I got a new hoodscoop with this '65 Sat I just
bought.
It's either a generic Mopar style or the '68 A body hemi scoop.
It looks alot like the '65 superstock (as oppossed to the big hemi scoop or the max-wedge "dual" look). Not to big, just gives things an"attitude" IMO.
One difference from the original ss design is that the leading edge is raked foreward instead of slanting backward.
So the question is .....is it sacrelidge and all wrong to have a different year scoop on the car? I think it has the right look......not like a GM cowl stuck on there. Opinions please.
